Anne Marie Hoag and the United States Department of Damage Control interrupted Adrian Toomes and his clean up crew whilst they were on a site after the Battle of New York. She announced that the site was no longer Toomes' jurisdiction and that Damage Control would take over from there. Toomes and his crew did not take the news well but Hoag stood her ground.
