Antonia Dreykov was the daughter of General Dreykov. She was mind-controlled by her father and enhanced so that she could replicate any fighting style just by watching it. She became his top assassin, known as Taskmaster.

- Adomopathy: Taskmaster can replicate any skills that she sees, being able to mimic her target's combat style by observing and studying them. She watched the combat styles of the Avengers from their clash at the airport and was able to mimic their skill sets. She has copied the combat styles of Captain America, Black Widow, Black Panther, Hawkeye, Iron Man, Spider-Man, and Winter Soldier.

- Master Acrobat: Due to copying Black Widow and Spider-Man; Taskmaster is highly skilled in all kinds of acrobatics and gymnastics.
- Master Hand-To-Hand Combatant: Having copied the combat styles of the Avengers, Taskmaster is a highly skilled hand-to-hand combatant and martial artist. Her combat style is comprised of Muay Thai, Boxing, Krav Maga, Taekwondo, Savate, Judo, Brazilian Jiu-jitsu, Sambo, Hapkido, Lucha libre-style wrestling, Kung Fu, Kali, Taijutsu, Systema, Karate, Dambe, Laamb, and Capoeira.
- Master Shield Fighter: By copying Captain America; Taskmaster is a highly skilled shield fighter.
- Master Swordswoman: Taskmaster is a highly skilled swordswoman.
- Master Knife-Fighter/Knife Thrower: By copying Winter Soldier; Taskmaster is highly skilled with knives in combat.
- Master Archer: By copying Hawkeye; Taskmaster is a highly skilled archer.

- Taskmaster Suit: When operating in the field, Taskmaster wears a tactical armored suit for both protection and to conceal her identity. The helmet is retractable and can be removed by a button on the right gauntlet. The mask also contains a heads up display which analyzes battlefield data.
- Claws: The gloves contain retractable metal claws like Black Panther.
- Blade Gauntlet: The left gauntlet contains a retractable blade similar to Crossbones.
- Shield: Taskmaster uses a collapsible metallic round shield.
- Sword: Taskmaster carries a collapsible sword resembling a katana or ninjato.
- Bow: Taskmaster makes use of a collapsible composite bow.
- Explosive Arrows: Taskmaster used an explosive trick arrow to overturn Natasha and Yelena's vehicle.
- Chiappa Rhino: Taskmaster has a revolver holstered on the right thigh.
- Combat Knife: Taskmaster carries a tanto style combat knife on the right leg.
