Billy Koenig is an agent of S.H.I.E.L.D. who was put in charge of the secret Playground base.

Billy is also the brother of LT Koenig and the identical brother of Eric, Sam, and Thurston Koenig.

S.H.I.E.L.D. Agent Billy Koenig is the twin brother of the late Agent Eric Koenig. Like his brother, Billy was placed in charge of one of Director Nick Fury's secret bases, which he dubbed "The Playground." After Fury put Agent Phil Coulson in charge of rebuilding S.H.I.E.L.D. from scratch, he led Coulson to the Playground where he would start his mission. Koenig was there to welcome them to their new base of operations, although they all at first confused him for Eric.
