Blake Tower is the district attorney of the Southern District of New York, who initially worked with Samantha Reyes and Daredevil to hunt down Frank Castle. Later on, he became involved in other areas of New York's rise of crime, solving a hostage situation in Harlem connected to Luke Cage.
