While Loki and Sylvie are talking at a bar, Brad's voice can be heard coming from a nearby Zaniac arcade game.

In one of Loki's attempts to get the Throughput Multiplier launched faster, he attempted to enlist Miss Minutes' help while she, Renslayer and Brad were holding Victor Timely captive. Loki acknowledged that she was hurt and angry, but they needed her help to get the device done faster. Miss Minutes appeared rather shocked.
After the TVA was reformed, Brad was apparently allowed to quit and resume a life on one of the timelines. He was featured in a jet ski magazine on Mobius' desk that was sitting under Mobius' file.
