Cain Marko, also known as the Juggernaut, is an individual who possesses superhuman strength, durability, endurance, speed, stamina and an accelerated healing factor. All of his powers come from the Crimson Gem of Cyttorak.

- Superhuman Physiology: Via the Crimson Gem of Cyttorak, Juggernaut is a very powerful superhuman who possesses superhuman strength, durability, endurance, speed, stamina and an accelerated healing factor.
- Superhuman Strength: Juggernaut is much stronger than normal humans and most other superhumans; he can lift objects that weigh up to 100 tons relatively easily. Juggernaut's strength is also proven to be on par with Colossus.
- Superhuman Durability: Juggernaut is far more durable than normal humans and most other superhumans; he was able to withstand Colossus's powerful blows and was completely unfazed by the latter's blows. He is also completely immune to all types of physical harm.
- Superhuman Endurance: Juggernaut's endurance is far more greatly developed than normal humans and most other superhumans; allowing him to endure powerful blows from opponents with superhuman strength, for long periods of time.
- Superhuman Speed: Juggernaut is much faster than normal humans and most other superhumans; he can run at speeds far greater than the finest olympic athlete.
- Superhuman Stamina: Juggernaut possesses far more stamina than normal humans and most other superhumans; allowing him to remain physically active for long periods of time.
- Accelerated Healing Factor: Juggernaut's metabolism allows him to heal much faster, more extensively, and efficiently than normal humans and most other superhumans.
- Superhuman Immunity: Due to Juggernaut's accelerated healing factor; he is immune to most, if not all types of diseases, illnesses, sickness, drugs, poisons, toxins, radiation, disorders, disabilities, etc. He is also immune to Rogue's life-force energy absorption powers; due to the fact that Juggernaut's mystical energy is too much for the latter to handle.
Weaknesses[]
- Limited Strength: Although Juggernaut is incredibly strong, he does have his limits; he is unable to match Gladiator in terms of "physical strength".
- Telepathy: Juggernaut is vulnerable to any mutant or superhuman who possesses telepathic powers; as he can be incapacitated or knocked completely out cold, as well as having his memories altered or erased; but due to Juggernaut's accelerated healing factor; these psychic effects are only temporary.
