Dr. Carol Frost is a nurse who worked for colonel William Stryker.
Biography
X-Men Origins: Wolverine
She was hired as a nurse to work on William Stryker's projects. Before the creation of Weapon X, she has a brief talk with Wolverine.
During the creation of Weapon X, she starts the program which operates Weapon X. She also records the heart rate. When he awakes, Carol starts to panic and then he jumps from a waterfall. When they were creating Weapon XI, she helped too.
During the battle at Three Mile Island, she overlooked Stryker when he processed the adamantium into a gun. She said he couldn't stop him even with that and he'll heal. But he says that his brain may heal, but not his memories.
