Clark Debussy, also known as the Interrogator, is an agent of Division 3.
Biography[]

After an incident at Clockworks Psychiatric Hospital in which Sydney Barrett accidentally switched bodies with her boyfriend David Haller which resulted in her using his vast powers to transport and lock everyone inside their rooms. After David was captured Clark, under the false pretence that they were investigating Sydney's disappearance, interrogated him when in reality trying to capture her as well along with The Eye. When David began to get frustrated he ended up stabbing Clark with a pen with his powers using them to blast away everyone in the room knocking them unconscious only for David himself to be lose consciousness thanks to knockout gas being deployed. When David awoke to find himself strapped to a chair in a pool Clark told him that he would electrocute David if he did not give him answers. However David was rescued by the combined efforts of Sydney, Ptonomy and Kerry which left Clark horrifically scarred over almost all of his body.
Character traits[]
Clark is a man that believes Mutants pose a grave threat to humanity due to their godlike abilities. Despite this he doesn’t seem to show any form of hatred for mutants and is willing to team up with them when the Shadow King emerges into the world.
