Cletus Kasady is a serial killer.

Early life

Cletus Kasady was born in Brooklyn, New York City. As a boy, he tortured and killed his mother's dog with a drill and killed his own grandmother by pushing her down a flight of stairs. Eventually, Cletus was left orphaned and grew up in St. Estes Home For Boys. A fire at the home killed the disciplinary administrator, and Cletus was suspected of involvement in the crime. He once killed a girl by pushing her under a bus because she would not go out with him.[1]

Cletus was responsible for a massacre in New York City that killed eleven people. He also dug up his mother's grave after the massacre. Cletus was caught and placed in Ryker's.[1]

Cletus was incarcerated at San Quentin Prison by the time that Eddie Brock came to interview him. Restrained in a straightjacket, Cletus welcomed Eddie to his cell and told him that when he got out of prison, there would be carnage.[2]

Character traits

Cletus Kasady is an insane serial killer with a lust for destruction and a possible oedipus complex.[2] He was able to project a creepy serial killer vibe which he could turn on and off if he desired.[1]
