Dum-E is one Tony Stark's helpers.
Biography[]
Iron Man[]
Tony Stark created Dum-E in his father's workshop. The robot seemed to be of some use, so Tony kept it. When Tony came back from being held in captivity by the Ten Rings, Dum-E helped him build his armor, including the Mark II and Mark III. When Obadiah Stane decided to steal Tony's Arc Reactor, Tony almost died and went to his garage to get the Arc Reactor on a mantle that Pepper Potts made him. He was unable to reach it and gave up, but Dum-E gave it to him, which saved Tony's life.
Iron Man 2[]
After Tony learned of a new element discovered by his father, he decided to rebuild the element to fix his current Arc Reactor. Dum-E helped him make the element.
Iron Man 3[]
While Tony was testing the Mark XLII, he gave the original Dum-E a dunce hat for something stupid that it had done. When Tony's house was destroyed, both Dum-E robots were destroyed as well. When Tony returned to the ruins of his destroyed house, he took the remains of the original Dum-E and parts of his workshop.
Spider-Man: Homecoming[]
Dum-E was in Avengers Tower lifting a very expensive vase whilst Happy Hogan was talking to Peter Parker on the phone.
Spider-Man: No Way Home[]
When Peter Parker brought the universe-displaced villains to Happy Hogan's condo, Dum-E was there and Norman Osborn played with him briefly. When Peter sensed the Green Goblin persona taking control of Norman, he webbed Norman's hand to Dum-E.
