Earth-29929 is a branch of the Multiverse in which Ultron achieved his goal of destroying all life on earth.

Ultron successfully uploads himself into a new body made out of vibranium with the Mind Stone embedded in the forehead. Achieving enormous power and durability, Ultron then kills Tony Stark, Steve Rogers, Thor Odinson, and Bruce Banner in their last attempt to stop him before unleashing Earth's entire nuclear arsenal upon mankind, leading to their near-extinction and destruction of the planet. Thanos appears on Earth to complete the Infinity Gauntlet, but Ultron bisects him, obtaining the rest of the Infinity Stones. Ultron used the Stones to create a massive drone army, which will wipes out all life left on Earth. (What If...? "What If... Ultron Won?")
Ultron depart the devastated Earth and begin his conquest to end life in the universe. Ultron destroyed Asgard, the Sovereign, Sakaar, Ego's planet, and countless others. The Guardians of the Galaxy failed in their battle against him. When Ultron targets Xander, he was assaulted by Carol Danver. Carol were able to ram Ultron into the center of Xandar's core, where she relentlessly pummeled him. As she used the full extent of powers in a final attack to destroy Ultron, he mused that Danver's had "spirit" before easily overpowering her and unleashing the power of the Infinity Stones not only killing Danvers but obliterating Xandar and several other planets in its star system. Ultron then hears the Watcher's narration, discovers the existence of the multiverse, and attacks the Watcher in his multiversal realm. (What If...? "What If... Ultron Won?")
On Earth, Natasha Romanoff and Clint Barton, survivors of Ultron's universe, find a copy of Arnim Zola's consciousness in Siberia. They lure drones there and upload Zola into a drone body to try to destroy Ultron's hive mind, but this attempt fail because Ultron has left their universe. Barton sacrificed himself to allow Natasha and Zola to escape the other drones. (What If...? "What If... Ultron Won?")
Guardians of the Multiverse meet Natasha Romanoff in the ruins of New York. She took the Soul Stone, believing the Guardians to be with Ultron. Carter reveals her close friendship to the Romanoff of her universe. Natasha join the team. Soon after, Ultron arrives to reclaim the Soul Stone.
Ultron attempts to destroy the the planet with his remaining stones, but is negated by Strange. Ultron and the Guardians wrestle for the Soul Stone, Strange manages to repeatedly nullify Ultron's attacks as the team pin him down, allowing Gamora to attach the Crusher onto the Stones. This fails as the Crusher was only designed to destroy the Infinity Stones of its Gamora's universe, allowing Ultron to recover the Soul Stone. He turns his sights on Strange and attempts to kill the sorcerer. Carter and Romanoff are blown away and land next to Romanoff's motorbike, where she finds the arrow infused with Arnim Zola laying beside it. Romanoff get Carter to expose Ultron's eye, allowing her to pierce it with the Zola coded arrow. Zola code was finally able to destroy Ultron. (What If...? "What If... The Watcher Broke His Oath?")
Killmonger used the sentry head to claim all stones for himself and form Ultron's armor. Zola, however, had took over Ultron's body and attempted to take them back, pitting the two in a deadlock struggle. Realizing that there is no way to truly win, Strange encapsulates Killmonger and Zola in a pocket dimension. (What If...? "What If... The Watcher Broke His Oath?")
