Earth-82111 is a branch of the Multiverse in which Peggy Carter becomes a super-soldier instead of Steve Rogers.

The universe is the same as the Sacred Timeline up until Project Rebirth in 1943.
- 1943
- At the site of Project Rebirth, Peggy Carter chose to remain in the room with Steve Rogers. (What If...? 1.01)
- Steve Rogers was about to become the world's first Super Soldier, but a HYDRA assassin, Heinz Kruger, set off an explosion, killed Chester Phillips, and severely wounded Rogers. Peggy Carter shot Kruger dead and volunteered to be given the serum as Steve was injured. Howard Stark agreed. Peggy underwent the transformation and became a Super Soldier. (What If...? 1.01)
- When Rogers' friend Bucky Barnes was captured by HYDRA forces, Steve asked Carter to rescue him and his allies. Carter retrieved the Tesseract from HYDRA, which Howard used to create a suit of armor which Rogers pilots. He became Carter's partner, the "HYDRA Stomper" and helped to rescue the 107th. - The HYDRA Stomper and Rogers were captured while he tried to stop a booby-trapped HYDRA train. (What If...? 1.01)
- Carter and the Howling Commandos infiltrated Castle de Krake where Red Skull unleashed a creature by opening a portal with the Tesseract. The creature appeared out of the portal and crushed Red Skull to death. Carter sacrificed herself to force the creature back to its dimension. (What If...? 1.01)
- 2012
- After the portal is reopened with the Tesseract, Captain Carter came out of it and met Nick Fury and Hawkeye, who informed her it had been 70 years since the war ended. (What If...? 1.01)
- 2014
- Captain Carter, Black Widow, and Strike infiltrate the Lemurian Star which has been taken over by Georges Batroc. (What If...? 1.09)
- Carter Carter was visited by The Watcher, who had chosen her to fight against Ultron. (What If...? 1.09)
- The Watcher returned Peggy back to the Lemurian Star. After taking the ship, Natasha showed Peggy what Batroc and his men was trying to hide, the HYDRA Stomper. Natasha told Peggy there was someone inside of it. (What If...? 1.09)
