- "That should be drawing power now. I'm gonna come back in a second just to check on it, but... you keep an eye on the lights. When they're all green, it means all the electricity in your body's dissipated. Well, not all of the electricity, I mean, obviously, you know that you need electricity for your brain to function, your nervous system is..."

The Electricity Siphon is a device created by Peter Parker to drain the excess electricity from a variant of Electro and remove his powers.
History[]
Spider-Man: No Way Home[]
Using a Stark Industries Fabricator, Peter Parker created the siphon to drain all of the excess electricity from Electro's body and remove his powers. Peter designed it so that it would only remove the excess electricity and not the electricity that Electro would need to live. However, before the device could finish its work, the Green Goblin persona took over Norman Osborn's body and convinced the other villains to turn on Peter. Just before the siphon could finish its work, Electro removed it and attacked. It was retrieved by May Parker, but it was badly damaged in the fighting.
Peter subsequently repaired the siphon in the science lab of Midtown School of Science and Technology and added another component to it so that it could drain the electricity in just seconds instead of minutes. In preparation for the final battle, the siphon was webbed up to the scaffolding around the Statue of Liberty by Peter-Two alongside all of the other cures. During the final battle, the Arc Reactor-powered Electro proved to be too powerful for the three Spider-Men, one of whom is his own Peter, to beat. Finally, Otto Octavius, having been given a new inhibitor chip by Peter-One earlier, intervened, removing Electro's Arc Reactor and replacing it with the electricity siphon using his tentacles, draining Electro's powers.
In the aftermath, Electro reassured his Peter that his powers were gone and that he was "back to being a nobody." Peter-Three insisted that Electro had never been a nobody and Electro ultimately accepted defeat and the loss of his powers. Electro was still wearing it when he was sent back to his own universe.
