Elena "Yo-Yo" Rodriguez was a S.H.I.E.L.D. agent who lived in the Lighthouse after the Destruction of Earth, suffering repeated deaths and resurrections at Kasius' hands.

Following the Destruction of Earth, as the Kree Watch prepared to take control of the Lighthouse, Yo-Yo decided to fight them against the pleas of melinda May. Frustrated with Robin Hinton's constant prophetic rambling, Yo-Yo yelled at her that Mack was dead and never coming back.

After visiting Yo-Yo, Kasius revealed to Hek-Sel that he was aware of the Zephyr One docking with the Lighthouse. Kasius would only tell his subordinate that he had a Seer of his own when questioned.

When S.H.I.E.L.D. returned to the Lighthouse, Tess revealed that there was still an Inhuman who was still being tortured and revived by the Kree, so Yo-Yo decided to rescue her.

Upon finding the cell, Yo-Yo was shocked to find that the prisoner was her alternate self who confirmed that it was really her who had experienced this even before from Yo-Yo's perspective. Future Yo-Yo explained that she had been killed and resurrected by the Kree over and over for years as they took her blood and her DNA. When the Kree asked how S.H.I.E.L.D. fought back this time, she tried to give them as little as she could, but Yo-Yo knew that her younger self was close with Mack and revealed that her Mack was dead, although she didn't provide any details.

Future Yo-Yo explained that they were both stuck in a time loop: S.H.I.E.L.D. would make it back in time, but they cause the Destruction of Earth in the process. Pressed for answers, Future Yo-Yo explained that she remembered feeling helpless and not being able to change Phil Coulson's choices. Future Yo-Yo revealed that the team made it back and fought to change the future, but the more they fought, the closer the future came. Ultimately, S.H.I.E.L.D. made one choice, and that choice ruined everything. Phil Coulson is dying, and Yo-Yo had to let him die in order to save the world. Coulson was already sick, and he knew it. When S.H.I.E.L.D. tried to stop it out of loyalty, it cost them the world. Future Yo-Yo knew all of this and she couldn't change anything which she took as further proof that they were stuck in an inescapable time loop. Hearing people coming, Future Yo-Yo urged her present self to go and stood up, revealing that she was missing both of her arms and Yo-Yo finally fled.

Shortly thereafter, Future Yo-Yo was taken by Kasius and his remaining guards. Kasius used Future Yo-Yo to draw mack out, sadistically taunting them both. mack was unaware that this was the future version of his lover and was horrified by what Kasius had done to her while Yo-Yo smiled at seeing mack alive again once last time before Kasius drank Odium and then slitting Future Yo-Yo's throat, killing her. Future Yo-Yo's death was avenged when mack killed Kasius a few minutes later with the help of Jemma Simmons just before the present day Yo-Yo arrived.

Inhuman Physiology: After undergoing Terrigenesis; Elena has gained superhuman powers.
- Superhuman Speed: Rodriguez has the ability to run at superhuman speed, not being able to be noticed by the human eye and appearing as a blur. Although she can run at high rate of speed, she always reverts back to the point where she started her run.
