En Sabah Nur is widely believed to be the world's first mutant and throughout the millennia, became known as Apocalypse.
Biography[]
Age of Apocalypse[]
In ancient Egypt, nomadic raiders found an infant. He was gray-skinned and freakish in appearance, and was given the name En Sabah Nur, "The First One". He was taught to be "strong" in order to survive the desert as a child. This idea, that the strong will survive, would shape Apocalypse's actions throughout time. He has the ability to shapeshift and teleport. He also has superhuman strength, the power of flight and the ability to transform himself.
With En Sabah Nur's immense powers, he was able to grant life towards other subjects of his that he'd later called them the Horsemen of Apocalypse. At one point before the 21st century, he met Mr. Sinister and two became allies, it was shown before the conclusion of the Phoenix's rampage and the rise of the Sentinels, he gathered DNA based from Jean Grey and Cyclops to finally create the Ultimate Mutant.
Wolverine and the X-Men: Foresight[]
After the deletion of the Sentinel future, En Sabah Nur somehow conquered the Earth.
