- Human-Vampire Hybrid Physiology: Blade is a hybrid, half-human and half-vampire, he has all the powers of a vampire such as superhuman strength, durability, stamina, speed, senses, an accelerated healing factor, immunity to diseases, illnesses and sickness. But he has none of his kind's weaknesses.
- Superhuman Strength: Due to his vampire heritage; Blade possesses far more strength then a normal human.
- Superhuman Durability: Due to his vampire heritage; Blade possesses far more durability then a normal human.
- Superhuman Stamina: Due to his vampire heritage; Blade possesses far more stamina then a normal human.
- Accelerated Healing Factor: Due to his vampire heritage, Blade can heal much faster than normal humans; this accelerated healing factor is responsible for his unnatural longevity.
- Superhuman Longevity: Due to his accelerated healing factor; Blade ages far slower than a normal human.
- Superhuman Speed: Due to his vampire heritage; Blade possesses far more speed then a normal human.
- Superhuman Senses: Due to his vampire heritage, Blade possesses far more senses then a normal human; allowing him to see in the dark.
- Superhuman Immunity: Due to him being a human-vampire hybrid, Blade is immune to ultraviolet radiation/sunlight, plant life, bacteria and metal alloys, also; his accelerated healing factor makes him immune to all types of diseases, illnesses and sickness. However, Blade still has a vampire's thirst for plasma.

- Expert Hand-To-Hand Combatant/Martial Artist: Due to him being a vampire hunter for unknown number of years, Blade is extremely skilled in hand-to-hand combat and martial arts; according to Abraham Whistler, he can match any vampire in unarmed combat.
Weaknesses[]
- Bloodlust: Blade has inherited the vampires' thirst for human plasma, which forces him to rely on a special serum to avoid succumbing to his thirst for plasma.
