In the comics, Yo-Yo Rodriguez is the daughter of John Horton, and was recruited by Daisy Johnson to join Nick Fury's Secret Warriors.

It’s possible Yo-Yo survived Thanos' decimation attack that wiped out half the universe. She was shown in the future living in the Lighthouse when the Earth was destroyed by a massive earthquake.
