"Don't touch Lola."
Phil Coulson[src]

Lola is a cherry red 1962 Corvette belonging to S.H.I.E.L.D. Agent Phil Coulson.

History[]

Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.[]

"Pilot"[]

Lola is a fully restored S.H.I.E.L.D. collectible. A 1962 Chevrolet Corvette with modifications based on designs and technologies developed by Howard Stark. Lola clearly holds considerable sentimental value for Coulson. Coulson shows Skye that Lola is capable of flight (VTOL) when they are both called back to the Bus to help with the identification of an 0-8-4.

Trivia[]

  • It seems that Lola is a perfected version of the flying car Howard Stark tried to present at the World Exposition of Tomorrow in Captain America: The First Avenger.
  • Features of Lola include flamethrowers and the world’s first GPS.
  • If driving is not an option, Lola’s vertical takeoff and landing (VTOL) and flight capabilities allow Lola to travel through the air.
  • Lola has 2 dual machine guns, hidden behind the headlights.
  • Coulson is very protective of Lola, and rarely lets anyone other than him touch Lola.
  • When Lola is first seen being driven onto the Bus, it has a, presumably removable, hard roof. The roof has not been seen since this scene.
