Ian Quinn

Ian Quinn is an international businessman involved in various borderline criminal and criminal activities, who often found himself at odds with S.H.I.E.L.D. for his business dealings. He found gravitonium and wanted to use it to further his corporate operations. He kidnapped Franklin Hall from S.H.I.E.L.D. protection to work on creating a way of harnessing the potential of gravitonium. Later, under blackmail and promise of the return of his gravitonium, Quinn began working with John Garrett and Cybertek. Quinn is currently allied with Raina.

Quinn is a sociopathic opportunist with no conscience or regard for other people's lives. He is willing to kill enemies and allies alike for the sake of his own greed. He is also known for being beaten to a pulp more frequently than any other member of HYDRA, usually at the hands of Melinda May, who would love to beat him to death slowly, and probably with his own shoes.
