Isabel Matsueda was a woman from Westview, New Jersey who became Beverly in the reality of "WandaVision", neighbor to Wanda Maximoff and Vision.

Isabel Matsueda lived in Westview with her husband who went out of town on a business trip. Wanda Maximoff came to town and, grief stricken, inadvertently created the Hex around the town using Chaos Magic. Isabel became "Beverly" and everything else in the town was transformed by the magic into a sitcom reality.
"Don't Touch That Dial"[]
Beverly accompanied Dottie Jones to the committee meeting and updated the group on the changes they had made to the talent show and promoted her own store. Dottie, the leader of the pack, belittled Beverly and continued the meeting.
Later, Beverly attended the talent show, participated and applauded the other acts.
"We Interrupt This Program"[]
Darcy Lewis recognised that the radiation from the Westview Anomaly mimicked television broadcast waves and tapped into the broadcast. Using the new visuals, they were able to identify Isabel Matsueda based on the footage from the planning committee meeting.
"The Series Finale"[]
Dottie and Beverly were shopping when Agatha Harkness freed them from their enthrallment. They immediately marched over towards Wanda Maximoff to demand freedom, begging her, along with the rest of the freed residents. Isabel specifically begged her to warn her husband not to come back to town. Overwhelmed, Wanda yelled out and accidentally strangled the townspeople. She quickly magicked away the strangling and opened the walls of the anomaly telling them all to run.
After the Hex was completely gone, Beverly and her neighbors glared at Wanda as she prepared to leave, unable to forgive her for what she did to them.
