Lemar Hoskins, also known as Battlestar, was the field partner of the government appointed Captain America, John Walker. While trying to bring in the Flag Smashers, Lemar was accidentally killed by Karli Morgenthau; who delivered a fatal, super strong blow to his chest.
John retaliated and killed Flag Smashers member Nico in public and had his title as Captain America revoked.
