"We can't all be everywhere at once."
―Miguel O'Hara[src]

Miguel hails from the year 2099 in the prime dimension, three quarters of a century after Peter Parker's lifetime. He is believed to have gained his powers involuntarily from a self-induced experiment gone wrong. Alongside his holographic AI sidekick Lyla, Miguel took up the mantle of Spider-Man to fight crime of his era.

Miguel became aware of the dimensional destabilization across the multiverse caused by the Super Collider thanks to the Kingpin of an alternate dimension, but was not among the counterparts pulled to there through the quantum entanglement from the dimension's native Peter Parker, who Fisk murdered shortly afterwards. Miguel and Lyla were able to establish a means of digitally observing of this dimension, to which Lyla kept monitorization on while Miguel was on patrol. Two hours later, Lyla informed Miguel of the triumph of Team Spidey over Kingpin and the crisis' aversion, only for another to have began, to which Lyla gave Miguel a completed miniscule interdimensional portal generator so that he could travel to other dimensions to locate other counterparts of Spider-Man for an undetermined reason.

Miguel's first attempt brought him to a rather simplistic dimension seemingly set in the 1960s, where upon meeting the native Spider-Man, he asked his help. But the 1960s Spider-Man was offended by Miguel pointing at him, to which they got into a petulant argument over constantly pointing at each other, while the native J. Jonah Jameson and a police officer watched in confusion.
