Miss Minutes, Renslayer and Brad Wolfe worked together to thwart the efforts to fix the Temporal Loom for their own purposes, kidnapping Victor Timely. Using her control of the TVA's system, Miss Minutes sabotaged all of Loki and Sylvie's efforts to stop her, but they had O.B. take Miss Minutes offline by rebooting the system which also deactivated the dampeners preventing Sylvie from using her magic inside of the TVA. In the moments before Miss Minutes was deactivated, she took on a more menacing tone and told Victor that "you'll never be him."

"Try to kill us all?"

In one of Loki's attempts to get the Throughput Multiplier launched faster, he attempted to enlist Miss Minutes' help while she, Renslayer and Brad were holding Victor Timely captive. Loki acknowledged that she was hurt and angry, but they needed her help to get the device done faster. Miss Minutes appeared rather shocked, but it was left unclear if she helped or not.
After the crisis was resolved, O.B. reprogrammed and reactivated Miss Minutes, although he admitted that he didn't know if she was going to try and kill everyone or not.
