Biography
The Amazing Spider-Man
After the death of Peter Parker's Uncle Ben, Peter took to the streets looking for vengeance against the Cash Register Thief. Nicky was roughing up his girlfriend giving her a warning. Peter interjected and mistook him for Ben's killer (due to Nicky having similar facial appearance), beating him up. Nicky's girlfriend told Nicky not to engage with Peter and then told Peter to stop when he started beating Nicky up. She then told the group of men that came rushing out to get Peter.
