Otto Strucker (born Otto von Strucker) was a level-5 mutant who could generate and manipulate energy.
Otto was the father of Reed Strucker and the grandfather of Lauren and Andy Strucker.

Early Life[]
Otto was born to mutant terrorist Andreas von Strucker. His father and aunt, Andrea von Strucker, were mutant terrorists known as Fenris and together they committed countless vile acts which resulted in many deaths, they attempted to train Otto who was also a mutant, to become a terrorist like them. However, Otto did not want to follow in his family's foot-steps and ran away.
