The Parker Residence is the former home of the Parker family. It is located in Queens, New York City.

History[]

Spider-Man[]

Peter Parker had been living with his Uncle Ben and Aunt May since his parents died in a plane crash when he was four years old. The Watson family moved next door to the Parkers when Peter was six years old and he fell in love with his new neighbor, Mary Jane Watson.

When Peter reached his late teens, he returned home after his field trip to Columbia University's Genetics Labs where he was bitten by a genetically engineered super spider, causing him to fall ill. Peter later failed to return home from school when he promised Uncle Ben to help him with the painting in the kitchen, due to discovering his newfound powers.

Following his uncle's death, Peter moved out of the residence after graduating high school and moved into the city, where he started his superhero career as Spider-Man. Aunt May continued to stay in the house as Peter moved into an apartment with his best friend, Harry Osborn, for college. The Green Goblin attacked Aunt May while she was praying for her late husband, destroying a part of the residence. After the Green Goblin's death, the house was repaired in the aftermath of the attack.

Spider-Man 2[]

Two years later, Peter's birthday party was held at the residence by Mary Jane, Harry, and Aunt May, which Peter had forgotten. Peter later discovered that Aunt May was facing foreclosure from the bank, causing him to become concerned for her well-being. Eventually, May decided to move into a small apartment in Manhattan while the house was sold to another family.
