Philip Stacy was the younger brother of Gwen Stacy.
Biography[]
The Amazing Spider-Man[]
When Gwen invited Peter around for dinner, George and Peter got into an argument about Spider-Man, an argument, which Philip observed and found amusing. Peter and Gwen left the table and go to the rooftop.
He later attended his father's funeral following his death at the hands of the Lizard.
The Amazing Spider-Man 2[]
Philip and his family attended the graduation of Gwen Stacy and later had a dinner at a Chinese restaurant, which Peter Parker was also supposed to attend, but failed to show up to.
Philip later attended the funeral of Gwen after she was killed by the Green Goblin, visibly distraught at having lost another family member.
