Peter Rasputin, also known as Colossus, is a class 3 mutant who possesses the powers of metal mimicry, superhuman strength, durability and stamina.

Deadpool 2/Once Upon a Deadpool[]
After the death of his girlfriend Vanessa, Colossus found Wade trying to kill himself and brought him to the X-Mansion where he eventually managed to convince Wade to finally join the X-Men who after much hesitation acquiesced. On their first assignment with Wade, Colossus and Negasonic Teenage Warhead arrived at the Essex House for Mutant Rehabilitation where a mutant child named Russell Collins had a standoff with authorities and the staff.
While Russell managed to overpower Negasonic and Colossus, Wade was able to eventually subdue him. However Wade then proceeded to kill members of the orphanage staff after realizing that they had abused Russell. Deadpool was arrested and Colossus was shocked and disappointed.
Sometime later, Deadpool tried to apologize to Colossus by standing outside his window blasting a song. Colossus ignored Deadpool's efforts, but eventually decided to help him. Taking Negasonic Teenage Warhead and Yukio, Colossus headed to the Essex House to help him stop Juggernaut and Russell. Colossus fought Juggernaut, eventually resorting to fighting dirty. He was helped by Yukio and Negasonic, finishing the fight by electrocuting Juggernaut in a pool of water.

- Mutant Physiology: Colossus is a very powerful mutant who possesses metal mimicry, superhuman strength, durability and stamina.
- Organic Metal Transformation: Colossus is capable of transforming his entire body completely into pure metal; but he is never seen in his human form.
- Superhuman Strength: When Colossus is in his metal form, he is much stronger than normal humans and most other mutants. He can lift objects that weigh up to 100 tons and send other individuals flying several feet away relatively easily. He is aslo able to go head-on against opponents; such as Juggernaut.
- Superhuman Durability: When Colossus is in his metal form, he is far more durable than normal humans and most other mutants; for example, bullets cannot penetrate his metal form. He can even withstand blows to the crotch from enhanced individuals like Deadpool without injury or discomfort.
- Superhuman Stamina: Colossus possesses far more stamina than normal humans and most other mutants, allowing him to remain physically active for longer periods of time; he can physically exert himself for several days before experiencing fatigue.
- Organic Metal Transformation: Colossus is capable of transforming his entire body completely into pure metal; but he is never seen in his human form.
Abilities[]
- Expert Pilot: Piotr is a highly skilled pilot. He is capable of flying most aircrafts; such the Blackbird.
- Master Hand-To-Hand Combatant: Colossus is a highly skilled hand-to-hand combatant; he was able to hold his own against Juggernaut, despite being much stronger than him, for quite sometime.
- Bilingual: Piotr speaks Russian fluently, in addition to English; albeit with a thick Russian accent.
Weaknesses[]
- Water: When Colossus is in his metal form; he becomes too heavy to swim in water.
- Magnetism: When Colossus is in his metal form; he is vulnerable to being subdued or manipulated by enemies using magnetic powers.
- Limited Strength: Although Colossus is incredibly strong when he is in his metal form, he does have his limits. He is unable to match Juggernaut in terms of physical strength.
- Limited Durability: Although Colossus is incredibly durable when he is in his metal form, he does have his limits. Objects, weapons or other mutants with enough force can injure him; Juggernaut was able to cause him pain, despite being in his metal form.
