Remy LeBeau, also known as the Gambit, is a mutant who can generate and manipulate energy and was sent to the Void at the End of Time by the Time Variance Authority. While in the Void, he joined the Resistance to find a way to survive in the Void with Cassandra Nova out there. He and the rest of the Resistance joined forces with Deadpool and Wolverine in an attempt to escape from the Void.
