Trivia[]
- Bruce Campbell had three cameos in Earth-96283. He portrayed a Ring Announcer in Spider-Man, a Snooty Usher in Spider-Man 2, and a MaƮtre d' in Spider-Man 3.
- While Spider-Man 4 was in-production, early drafts slated that Campbell would play Quentin Beck/Mysterio in the fourth film as a secondary villain, while either Ben Kingsley or John Malcovich would play Adrian Toomes/Vulture as the primary antagonist. Verification on these claims went back and forth between true or false due to several contradictory reports before Sam Raimi, Avi Arad, Matt Tolmach, and Campbell all definitively clarified that Campbell would indeed have played Mysterio, retroactively establishing that the Announcer, alongside the Snooty Usher and Maitre d' would have all been aliases of Quentin Beck prior to becoming a supervillain.
