- Superhuman Strength: As a synthezoid-hybrid composed of vibranium, Ironheart possesses superhuman strength.
- Superhuman Durability: The vibranium composition of Ironheart' body allows her to withstand attacks of immense force with no visible damage to her exterior.
- Superhuman Speed: Ironheart can move or run at supersonic speeds.
- Superhuman Agility: Ironheart was very swift and agile, especially in the air. She performed many aerial moves in order to either attack Quentin Beck or dodge him.
- Superhuman Reflexes: Ironheart has superhuman reaction time.
- Longevity: As a synthezoid, Ironheart is able to biologically live forever unless killed by an exterior cause.
- Flight: Ironheart is capable of high speed flight. She can control where she went and can even stop her motion very quickly.
- Levitation: In addition to flight, Ironheart is able to levitate off the ground without actually flying.
- Body Manipulation: Ironheart could control aspects of her body like how Vision did.
- Density Manipulation: As a part of body manipulation, Ironheart can change hrr density, leading to powers like intangibility.
- Intangibility: Ironheart's control over her density, weight and mass give her the ability to phase through solid objects. As she does so, an aura of white light envelopes the part of her body that is phased through matter. When phasing, Ironheart can increase her density to destroy the object she phases through from the inside. During the her last battle with Quentin Beck, Ironheart used this ability to fight against him.

- Energy Blast: Ironheart is capable of firing blue beams of intense energy from jer forehead, like Vision.
