Sadie Deever was an agent of the Department of Damage Control.

Sadie was tasked with apprehending "Night Light" after footage of the superheroine using powers at the AvengerCon was released on the internet. Deever launched an attack on Coles Academic High School in a failed attempt to capture both Kamala and Kamran and put civilian lives in danger and causing major backlash against Damage Control.

As a result, Sadie was subsequently fired from Damage Control by P. Cleary for her insubordination as she had ignored his orders.
