The Spider-Man Suit is a protective suit that Peter Parker wears when fighting crime as Spider-Man to hide his identity. His original suit was destroyed by a collapsing building so he asked Reed Richards to develop a new suit that is created from nano-bots.

- Suit Materialization: The suit and mask are comprised of billions of nano-bots that, materialize around Peter Parker in a matter of seconds, when he activates his wrist morpher.
- Identity concealment: Peter uses a red and black mask to conceal his identity to keep his friends and families safe from harm.
- Web-Shooters: The suit has built in web-shooters that, allow Peter to generate, create and project synthetic web substance.
- Camouflage: The suit has stealth technology that, allows the user to blend, into the environment or surroundings.
- Sonokinesis: The suit has anti-symbiote sonic weaponry that, allows the user to generate, create and project non-lethal sound waves that, will instantly drive both Venom and Carnage crazy, and will ultimately separate the two aliens from their host, if they are exposed to the sound waves for too long. It can also instantly short-circuit most other types of electrical devices or equipment.
- Self-repairing suit: If the suit were to become damaged, it will automatically repairs itself. Depending on how serious the damage is, the longer it takes for the suit to completely repair itself.
