Takuya Yamashiro, also known as Spider-Man, is a superhero who possesses superhuman and spider-like attributes.
Takuya is the son of the late Hiroshi Yamashiro, and the brother of Shinko Yamashiro and Takuji Yamashiro.

- Spider Physiology: Due to being exposed to Garia's extra-terrestrial blood, Spider-Man possesses the proportionate powers of a spider, such as superhuman strength, durability, endurance, speed, agility, reflexes, equilibrium, stamina, senses, etc. He can also cling to solid surfaces and has a "spider sense" that alerts him to danger.
- Superhuman Strength: Due to possessing the proportionate strength of a spider, Spider-Man is much stronger than normal humans.
- Superhuman Durability: Spider-Man is far more durable than normal humans.
- Superhuman Speed: Due to possessing the proportionate speed of a spider, Spider-Man is much faster than normal humans.

- Accelerated Healing Factor: Spider-Man's metabolism allows him to heal much faster, more extensively and efficiently than normal humans.
- Superhuman Immunity: Due to Spider-Man's accelerated healing factor, he is immune to most, if not all types of diseases, illnesses, sickness, drugs, poisons, toxins, radiation, disorders, disabilities, etc.
- Superhuman Longevity: Due to Spider-Man's accelerated healing factor, he ages much slower than normal humans.
- Wall-Crawling: Spider-Man is able to stick or grip onto any surface, much like any spider would, by using his fingertips and feet.
- Power Transferal: Spider-Man is able transfer his power to other individuals, when they are exposed to his blood.
