Ted Wilson was a police officer in the Metropolitan Police Department of the District of Columbia. He was also a member of the Purifiers.

Wilson watched as Jace Turner was told to leave to the police station by Sergeant Lopez.

"outMatched"

Wilson called Jace telling him that he was interested in talking to Turner after hearing what he previously said to Sergeant Lopez so, they arranged a meet up at a nearby diner. Meeting up with officer Ted Wilson in the diner. Jace was greeted with an apology by Ted for what happened at the precinct as he believed they needed more people like Jace. Claiming that after what the mutants did to his daughter and partner, he saw the mutant threat for what it truly was. Ted then discreetly pulled up his left shoulder sleeve, revealing a tattoo, that which represented the Purifiers. Jace instantly grew uncomfortable as he realized that officer Wilson was a member of the Purifiers. Unwilling to work with a hate group. Ted understood his concerns. Telling him that like everyone else, he only heard the supposed lies in the media about how they were all bigots. Ted however claimed that they were just regular people who loved their species, their country and their families. While Jace appreciated the offer, he declined. Ted however still left his number with Jace just in case he changed his mind. Later on, From his motel room, Jace saw the report of the attack at Lynwood mental facility and decided to give Ted Wilson a call.

"afterMath"

Wilson texted Jace Turner that their would be a Purifier meeting later on in the day in which Jace replied he would be there. Later when Jace arrived to the Purifiers meeting Wilson preached to the others in the cell, telling them that the mutants will not replace them and that they will meet them in the streets when they come for battle. However, Jace suggested that fighting with protestors will just make the mutants look like victims and suggested they search for the fugitive mutants form Lynwood. That way they would show the public that the Purifiers are "part of the solution".
