Ultron, presumably from at some point from before his destruction, was one of the people abducted by Doctor Strange Supreme, to be sacrificed to Strange's Forge to resurrect his universe.

He was later released by Peggy Carter and took part in the battle at the Sanctum Infinitum. Ultron was eventually returned to his own universe alongside Arnim Zola by Kahhori.

"What If... The Watcher Disappeared?"

The Guardians of the Multiverse used Ultron as one of the foosball figures on their ship. While trying to figure out how to break into the Observational Plane, Storm mentioned that Ultron was the only one who had ever accomplished it.

Later, Kahhori suggested that they find a variant of Infinity Ultron to help break into the Observational Plane. Kahhori explained that there were many variants of Infinity Ultron who had succeeded in destroying their universes, but only this one had become aware of and crossed into the Multiverse because typically Infinity Ultron variants never heard the Watcher. Instead, they would just sit there in their destroyed universe forever.
