In 2010, Marvel Studios started taking meetings with writers and directors to work on small scale movies based on some of their third tier characters including Ka-Zar[1].

The Incredible Hulk 2

A sequel to The Incredible Hulk has been in development since the film's release in 2008. Kevin Feige said that Hulk would return after The Avengers.[2] Tim Roth is contracted for three more films.[3]And Tim Blake Nelson is signed on to reprise Samuel Sterns, taking the form of the Leader following some undue exposure to a sample of synthesized, gamma-irradiated blood.

Nick Fury

Andrew W. Marlowe was hired to write the script in 2006. The script he wrote was loosely based on Jim Starenko's Nick Fury: Agent of S.H.I.E.L.D. series and involved the S.H.I.E.L.D Helicarrier. The script was not written for the version of the character appearing in the Marvel Cinematic Universe as it was constructed before Samuel L. Jackson was cast but Marlowe said that the script could be "tweaked" for Jackson's portrayal.

Ghost Rider

After two unsuccessful film attempts from Sony, they let the rights to the character return to Marvel Studios. He appeared in Season 4 of Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D., played by Gabriel Luna.

A fake photo for a supposed Nova film was found by DailySuperhero, they stated that they have found it on Reddit without any source or information. A release date of Summer 2016 can be seen at the bottom, further confirming it to be fake.[5][6]It is currently unknown if a Nova film will be made.

Midnight Sons

Marvel has plans to make a Midnight Sons movie set for a 2020 release.[7] It could possibly be apart of Phase 4.
